Zakopane Cultural Center, in carrying out its statutory tasks and the City’s development strategy aimed at promoting Zakopane’s offerings, operates in the field of tourist services.
Tourists can use the Tourist Information Center at two locations:

As part of its activities, the Tourist Information centers—besides providing in-person, phone, and email assistance—also offer the sale of maps, guidebooks, small promotional items, publications, public transport tickets, and collectible products (pins, tourist stamps, magnets, Wander Book stickers).
At the “Gazduś” Gallery located at the Chramcówki point, visitors can also purchase artworks and handicrafts created by local Podhale artists.
Visitors can also receive free materials promoting Zakopane and the Małopolska region, including city and regional maps, as well as the “Zakopane Guide”—a regular publication providing comprehensive information on cultural and sports events in Zakopane.
As part of the “Tourist Card,” we offer a 10% discount on all tourist maps available at both of our locations.
Information for people with disabilities
The building is accessible for people with disabilities: access is provided via a platform from the roundabout side or a ramp from the platforms. Restrooms are available on the ground floor, and the building is equipped with an elevator. Assistance dogs are allowed. There is no Braille signage, but contrast markings are in place.
