These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the “Zakopane Tourist Card” System, including the provision of electronic services by the System Operator.

The “Zakopane Tourist Card” System is a special offer for visitors staying in Zakopane, aimed at promoting the city and enabling access to Partner offers under the conditions specified herein.

The System Operator and service provider, within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1513), is the Zakopane Cultural Center, headquartered at ul. Chramcówki 35, 34-500 Zakopane.

For the purposes of these Terms:

• Application (App) – a free mobile application dedicated to the Zakopane Tourist Card System, available via the Internet, including App Store and Google Play.
• Card – the Zakopane Tourist Card in electronic form, enabling access to the Package.
• QR Code – an individual identification code used to verify access to the Package.
• Account – an individual user account within the System.
• Accommodation Facility – a lodging located in Zakopane that participates in or cooperates with the System.
• Local Fee – a fee collected within Zakopane according to applicable regulations.
• Operator – the Zakopane Cultural Center.
• Package – the current set of benefits, discounts, and services offered by Partners.
• Partner – an entity cooperating with the Operator and providing special offers.
• Guide – up-to-date information on Partner offers available at:

• System – the ICT system including the website, Account, Card, and Application.
• User – a person using the System and eligible for the Card and Package.

§3. Technical Requirements

To use the System, the User needs:

• internet access
• a compatible browser or mobile device
• an active email address (if required)

The User must use the System lawfully and refrain from disrupting its operation.
