Located on Olcza Gawlaki, the shepherd's hut , run by shepherd Jan Pawlak "Socka", is a place where the old pastoral traditions of Podhale are still preserved. In the wooden hut, according to a long-standing custom, regional sheep cheeses are made, including traditional oscypek, bundz, and żętyca.
