Our restaurant is located in a historic wooden building from the 19th century, which once housed the first hotel in Zakopane—“Pod Giewontem.” The restaurant halls occupied the very same rooms where Gazdowo Kuźnia is now located.
A distinctive feature of Gazdowo Kuźnia is its cuisine, based on unique recipes created by local Highland hosts and rooted in the long-standing tradition of old Polish cooking. In addition to delicious regional dishes, we also offer classic Old Polish specialties and traditional homemade meals.
